Takeda Headquarters Groundbreaking Ceremonies

Takeda Pharmaceuticals is building a new North American Headquarters in Illinois. As part of the groundbreaking ceremonies, I was asked to create a reproduction of the headquarters based on rendering prepared by the architect. The event had me sitting on a large map displaying the area in which the new building will be built. I then built the building out of LEGO elements over the course of the event.

The ceremony included many interactive events for all of the employees to take part. I encouraged employees to help out having them building sections of the lobby and walkway of the new building. It was a great experience and I met many talented builders.
