Arkadium is a leading online game developer, publisher, and distributor. They also have a logo. And, like most logos, it is 2-dimensional. I was asked to create the logo in three dimensions, which is exactly one more dimension than their logo currently had. Always loving a challenge, I was happy to attempt to build this logo out of LEGO(R).

As you can see above, the Arkadium logo has a colosseum-look to it, with its multiple tunnels, and step-like interior. To sculpt it in 3-D, I would have to answer questions like, "Where do the tunnels lead?", "How deep is the stadium?" and "Are there concession stands on every level?" I eventually answered these questions and came up with the 3-D sculpture of the logo. It now sits in the lobby of the Arkadium offices.

I also worked with Arkadium on a game project. Since LEGO is such an interactive medium, I wanted to make my website more interactive, and Arkadium helped by putting together the awesome Brick2Brick game that can be found on this site.
