Apples are something I love to build. Maybe it is because I live in the Big Apple. Or maybe it's because an apple a day keeps the doctor away, and I want to avoid Grey's Anatomy. But in any case, I have
an affinity for building apples. I have built apples of all sizes, but for my latest apple building adventure, I built an entire bushel of apples.

For the third straight year, I attended the Produce Marketers Association's Expo. I was happy to be a part of AgroFresh's booth where I spent an entire day building over a hundred apples.

I had fun challenging visitors to races to see who could build a faster apple. In fact, after building so many apples, I was able to build an entire apple in less than 7 minutes. And mine even looked like an apple. (No offense to guy who built the red box. I agree that it was an amazing post-modern attempt to interpret apples in today's society, but it still was a red box.)
